Especially the intelligent,high educated men use this word stereotypic.
For example; The great earthquake `Kansai-dai-jishin` killed over 5000 peolples. They had to wait the initial goverment rescue action for a couple of hours in the disaster district. The Japan Difence Force was sleeping at that time? The Fire Rescue was sleeping too?
Never. They could move and surrouded the destroyed area. And they waited the order. But nobody ordered them;move, move, hurry up!
After that vigorous days,how many conferences about 'Recue in a disaster district' have been held ! They say always;we need such a well functioned system for that!
But I dare say,many 'system' exist already. We need only a certain 'leader' who orders in a disaster or in any important conditions.Or we have to arrenge ourselves as soon as possible;Back to Individualism.
Of course, We live in society.We can never live out of there. But each person has each ideas,personality,each measurement to live or life style. We are the sum of 'individuals' in each society.How about the 'system'.We stand in same situation in each 'system',too. No more new system,but we need training for becoming 'individuals'. Could you get my meanings?

I'm very angry because of a missile case of North Korea on 31th August of 98. What a hell is,it crossed over Japan without any levels of information. It's very difficult to say,whether the "system" North Korea invades "system" Japan,for the missile maybe had flown over the layer,"stratosphere". But it is sure that a terrible material holds a power of life or death of individuals who live in a circle of 1300Km far from the "nation" North Korea.
Who is the guilty ? Who is to blame?
In such cases,always I think of atom bombs that killed many individuals in Hiroshima and Nagasaki,or in Long Ireland,Chernovuilli and so on. I was born in 1951 and am ex-Hiroshiman. Any "system-nation" has no right to terminate individuals' life. Who was to blame? It's clear, the guilty was the "system-Amerika". It's just like as the "system-Japan" was to blame about the tragedy "Pearl Harbar" case .
Recently, Pakistan and India appealed their power to able to make nuclear weapons.Who is to blame? It's clear that the five big "system-nations" only intend to have the nuclear weapon as so-called "deterrent". Ha ha! Kick your ass! Why anothers cannot think about;w hy not me? Isn't it true? "Baka it'tenja neh,t'tenda,Yo!"
We are now standing in front of the door 21st century.In 18th century,we got the power of science.In 19th,we got the power of citizenship. In 20th century,we get money and nuclear power.But in 21st,what could we get? Peace or death? Who needs the dark side of power,who needs the umbrella of nuclear or laser weapons?
Of course,no body,no individuals who lives in North Korea,USA,Japan,China,Pakistan or India will not want such a hell things. Only the "system" nations needs it. It's crazy.
At front of the brilliant door,we have only one fact,that we standing still in 20th century,but our children have to stand in 21st century. It's very simple stand of view,right? You, big "system- nations",you "system-Japan",it's clear,not only you,but the "system-Pakistan,India and North Korea" think about their childrens,too.It's very very simple matter,right.
Now the stocks gets the power to controle the market. The market controls the "system-nations".The stocks is now the final weapon of 20th century. The North Korea's missle has only 1300Kms shooting range.But this weapon has no shooting range. Farther more ,it turns back surely itself to originate point lika a boomerang in near future .Gucken Sie mal jetzt den Amerika!
But there is also very simple fact in that.The Stock is basically Money. The quantity of money has a limit itself. But stocks can run slightly faster than money. So that the stocks makes systematic illusion,as it were,the winner and the defeated exist. But the winner and the defeated stand on one dish of a balance,not on each dishes. You know. It's only illusion.It's so called "bubble" condition of todays economy,that depends on the mighty stocks.
The "system" is also this "stocks".The missles or nuclear weapons also "stocks". They can never be conqueror. The "system-nation-Amerika"s selfish illusion,they say,"sekai-no wan wan",even, the "police man all over the world" should to be thrown away.Otherwise,the "system-North Korea" would shoot "system-Japan " as a target of a important far east base of american Force.
You know,the flood in China,the flood in center of Japan Irelands. The "system for disaster" doesn't work.Only ancient sandbacks functionned good. Ha! Ha!
The "system" is only illusion,which the ellite made on ther desk.Always only the each individuals works hard using sandbacks in front of rivers,volcanoes or any disaster areas. The truth is out of there. Any "system" lost idea of "individuals" mal-functions all over the world.(98.9.1)

At first,whenever I look around today's japanese society,I can find the following two problems;1. the big financial problem,2. the criminal cases of poisoning . Their discussions go round and round in circles.
Today,I concern about the 1st problem. As for this problem,the gap of two certain groups(the people who has interest in the problem,and another who has no interest in that) is too big and wide. The difference is not only their own elements; unemployment, generation and so on,but elements that lay in their heart themselves deeply.So that,there seem to be two human groups.One who has keen sense to keep to prepair expected disaster cases.But the anothers has not such sense.I dare name the former ,the neurotic group ,the latter, the insensible group.
The neurosis is a complex disease,included light depression,various type of phobic disorders.But I think the insensible one becomes much more worse than neurotic one.I named them who has neurotic personality,peace but anxicious personality (PA type). I do them who has insensible personality,peace and apathic personality(PAA type).
Japan Problem depends apon the balance of PA and PAA type of the people.Japanese famous news papers are also separated in these two groups,PA or PAA type.The PA type agrees with various suggestions from USA and onother countries earnestly.But the PAA type feels, they intervene in the domestic affairs,though they recognize how significant the problems are.I agree with the former. For I am also the PA type.
Once apon a time,they call the certain group of students who enter in university but not enter in their class. They seems to have no interest in their study.They play,listen to music,eat and sleep. Their condition is called "student apathy". The characteristics of their behaviour is simply expressed;they hate any interference. The fact that the PAA type people feel any opinion about japanese finance problem from another countries as the pressure even "gai-atsu" .It is easy to understand from this point of view,"student apathy".For this apathic people ,so that, PAA type people always has to look for the reason for their inaction,because they have to protect their heart which is expressed as like as "glass wares".
Some professional economists express that todays japanese economical condition is as like as the condition of just after the WW II.We are now in bottom,so let's climb up! But it is almost mistake. We are not still in bottom.Blow away the devil of optimism from our head.Todays Japan is resembling the just before time of WWII. We are falling down to the bottom. We are't still know when we arrive to the bottom and don't know how to stop the comming war.We have to do anything to prevent to realize thewar.We have to do now anything we can. We protect our Japan from such crisis as one of her nation.
If we behave as like as our old generation who war Tenno's army,we must begin to battle with weapons! ,right? We actually have the fact,that our neighbor had shot missles againt us. We have a wonderful Japan's constitution on which they declare clearly,"We never repeat the war". If we will keep on our recent peaceful time,we intend to do whatever we can as Japan's nation.We behave rationally and earnestly.What is the first choice we mast do? It is saving money. Never spend money as US-gavernment says.They maybe mind;Japanese stores1,200,000,000,000 yen.They should to use it most effectively.For example,they should buy the investment trust.But attention please,my japanese people! There is not any rational reasons to use their money themselves under the condition of war.
In Russia,their economic condition is able to say,an inflationary state.They had issued vast banknotes for improving their money flow.At result,russian people have to spend 10,000 roubles to get daily goods that is worthy of only 1000 roubles. This is inflation.
Todays japanese economic condition is different from this inflation.The Japanese people gets any goods which is valued for 1,000 yen on using only 500 yen. But they are difficult to buy it,because their salary reduced a half till now. It should be called deflationary state.
The foreign capitals maily from US,will take japanese people pull out 1,000yen from their horded money.So, they let them invest in certain companies.If these companies get money successfully,they sell their goods by 900yen.Now the companies get much money. Then japanese emproyees get money too. Resultly,they can buy the goods by 900yen. One years later,the man who had invested 1000yen to a certain company, gets100yen as dividend. Well, he gets the goods by 900yen though the goods is worthy for 1,000yen and gets 100 yen as a dividend.So, he gets 200yen more finally. It's their scinario.
But you(as a japanese) have to think it over.You can your daily goods now,cant'you? It is not necessary for you to invest as they(=foreign capitals) say. Of course,whenver the war happens,the value of money decreases so fast and the inflation comes. But if the panic(= the war without arms) comes,evenly the money changes only the paper,then the value of money falls down. At result, they have to be taken their saved money away.That's the fact.
And today,as I said in other sentence,the price of the stock is in the most important part of money market.For the time being,1000yen is value for 1000yen.But now,we evaluate the market using the stock.As my opinion,1 dollar is 110yen as a exchange rate,the stock is 17,000yen. But the fact is;1 dollar is 135yen. The stock is 13000 yen.So can I calculate simply,a1000yen has value for1230 yen in USA,a 1000 yen has value for 760yen in Japan.
Next, Prime Minister Mahatil of Indonasia blamed to the face of Mr.Solos of hedge fund.IMF suggests the necessity that the fluidity of stocks and funds sould be given certain limit also.The globalism in field of money market has merit,but we have to consider the another side of money. The money has one basic side,so that,the money is even the gold's value. Yes,the money has a side of the gold by nature. We are now forgetting this side of money,aren't we? If we has no respect of this function of money,it glows up itself, or it ensmalls itself,just like as amoeba.It goes wild as if it gets a will itself.
Well,now we,japanese,have to recover the reliability of our power of finance and help the soft landing of expired satellite in the sky,named "american bubble" at the same time. We shall induce that 1000yen have to value of 1100yen in Amerika, 1000yen have to value of 900yen in Japan.Furthermore,in coming 1year, they 7 developed countries tries to controle;1 dollar is 120yen,the stock values 15300 in Tokyo market.And all funds included hedge fund and stocks have to limit of 6 months for buying and selling. The movement of stocks have to been regulated in plus minus 1%. So, we can make the numerical target for stopping the world wide economic panic.At result,how can we save our money? How can we stop the war(without weapons)? Yeah,it's easy to overcome this proplem. Because,we should become neurosis,yes,become PA-type man. Is isn't easy? (98.10.6)

Very important information for R-22 owner pilots: No-1 Last summer,my R-22 had so-called "engine fail" in hight 3000ft over mountains.A rate pailot,Mr.Hirokawa controlled it so fantastic,so my 7804 had no damage.About me,my ex-scientific spiritual power made me feel badly so,I didn't get on fortunately.
Reason:The ventilating tube of sub fuel chamber bended hardly.So the air had not flown,so the fuel had not flown.Why?
Of course, mechanic changed an old tube to new one by rocommendation of survice bulletin at the last examination.But it bended.We discussed about that problem.We couldn't say,what was the real cause.But the facts; This tube is a not special one. Very ordinal one.The attachement which suspends this tube is also a ordinal metalic figure.It must be special component parts which prohibit bending or any other serial or aging problems.
No-2: It was in the morning of 11th October of this Autumn.I did 3 times "touch and go". I awared that the Engine-tachometer (E) and Main Rotor-meter (R) tended to indicate higher (106%) oftenly.
I flied for 30 minutes,then checked the governer function on ground. It was ok.
In the afternoon, I want to try autorotation and other technics.
12:45 Wind blew from 220,5-8kts. I was into final approach.AGS70kts. 1000ft. Small airborne and light tail wind existed. I intended to enter autorotation.
I did the procedure;after cyclic and collective fully down,but didn't cut governer off still. Suddenly the E and R meter was increasing faster. I did the collective slightly higher.But not effective. The E and R increased over 120% and fixed. I saw the runway just under me. I checked the altimeter which indicated about 2500ft.(climbed!) I felt,I spended time so long after the E and R indicator fully fixed,then I imagined ,the rotor blade fly away. I said to ground operator "May day,May day".
Finally I tried to do the collective full up. This time finally ,the E and R returned in green! Altitude3000ft.( I stayed just above the runway still) Then I tried to do collective down for descending,but the E and R tended to increase again ! SO, I did foward cyclic and head down. If AGS increased 80kts then gave aft.cyc. I repeated this operation patiently then descended till about 1000ft gradually.I tried collective some down again. God sei dank! All function survived! I could begin normal discending from this moment.

3 In these couple of flights, I thought that the E and R tend to become
higher(but under 107%; regulation ok) sometimes.

damage of Rotor and Engine system?
I worte it to Mr.C of Robinson Helicopter Company. I dare say,The RHC answered so rapidly and correctly. I 'm very happy. If the RHC were the japanese company,it might be awfully stacked. Es waere sicherlich!
Mr.C replied as the followings:
1.&2. Engine right magneto tachometer point gap/condition and/or governor controller malfunction could cause indications described in your 98.10.12 fax.
3. Please refer to R22 Pilot's Operating Handbook Section 3,page 3-7 dated 25 Jul 1996,for "Govenor Failure" corrective action procedure.
4. There may be damage to both rotor/drive systems and engine. Based on your description,RHC advises complying with the following prior to further flight:
a.Return B286-2 governor controller to RHC for investigation.
b. Comply with R22 Maintenance Manual section 2.540 parts A),B),and C).
c. Comply with Lycoming Serevice Bulletin 515.
My R22 JA7804 couldn't fly again never. The photos by the investigated mechanic showed me revealed;
1.both coating seals of root of main rotor blades(under side) pealed slightly .
2. both inside of walls of main rotor hub,upper sides of blades,injured.
These two facts indicated that both rotor blades flapped up and down hardly.
Some japanese mechanics or rate pilots minded me;
1. "You rotated the throttle toward reverse side though you intended to enter autorotation,so Engine and Roter got over revolution." 2." The Engine and Rotor tends to rotate faster in entry of autorotation because of the load of main rotor system reduced on using the collective pitch lever down, and you might grisp very tightly the throttle lever,so the movement of throttle by engine govener canselled.
Underground of these two opinions; the throttle and engine govener system and collective pitch lever links mechanically each others,therefore,no "fly by wire" system. I get it,too.
But,I have to say,these two opinion are so likely but not exactly.
Against 1st opinion: One fact was also the fact that I could stopped the over revolution of Engine and Rotor system only using the collective pitch.I never tried to controlle the throttle during my life threatened condition.
Against 2nd opinion:One fact is,I never feeled the automatic moving of the throttle in my left hand.Another fact ; I did twice or more times the collective up and down repeatedly in that time,but I didn't feel any movement which depended opon the engine govener.
So I can only said,the govener didn't work in the first or almost period of that awful moment.
My final operation of pitching up the collective could reduce the rotor speed down.The increased load of main rotor induced engine rev.down because of govener function recovered.
If I have a next such accident ,I initially operate the throttle for reducing the engine power. We have to care about throttle more and more,though the engine govener is very combenient equippment.
And,I can say also as a witness,our life could cure just before the gate of hell by mighty God.God sei dank.
In the just middle period of my dangerous time,my spirit weakened for a moment,on which I could wait my comming death. I saw the view of the ground beneath. It was so shinny though it was cloudy. I was,ya,just like in so colled "paradice" that my some servived patients said me after the resuscitative operation.
But in the next moment of inviting to the paradice ,the face of ex-wife(not laugh!please) and the face of young girl who is my most reliable partner on my job.Suddenly , I found my heli. ascending vertically just above the runway. It is that, I have sufficient altitude margin to protect settling with power, or to enter autorotation.Ya I dicide to reduce AGS to zero on the contrary to more possibility of vertical climbing. And now I can write this report with my real hand.
Why I will write this ropport? One fact that the trouble of a ventilation tube had repported as TCD-4885-98 from our Transportation.But it had come on 13th of Octover,THIS YEAR.

The aircraft is imcomplete to keep whole safety today. Mis-operated or mul-functionned cases lead us directly to the gate of hell(or paradice? It depends on your life). So, the mechanics or service company might controle their information for keeping their own "safety". What is the true "safety". It must be the safety of pilots and the environments.
And pilots or owner know also steadly,our aircraft is very good guys but imcomplete machine in cases of life threatened happenings.
Therefore we,machanics and pilots must make real co-operation,not only among us,but among all people who are surrounding us.The real cooperation is even fully disclosed informations;what is the fact? what can be happen? how can we reduce the running costs? and so on. We all love the sky,aren't we? Sky is not for the limited people.

I have a cold.I feel nausea, have a headache and become dull. Today,my clinic is not busy. So,I lie myself down to the bed in place of my patients.On lieing,I think about Ugoslavic case.

They watched my working with a old Merzedes with their blue-grey eyes. Their eyes were warm and honest. Now their brethren are killing another oriental brethren.It's very sad.
After 2 years living in Munich, I left there and went to USA for a short stay by my american young couple whom I met in Munich.The hus is a wise and self-controlled white young doctor in New Ingland.Of course,he is a Presviterian.His wife is very gentle and kind woman.I liked her .
One day,in one nice morning of beautiful Autumn,we drived to an Apple garden together to get fresh apples with an old Wagen which was never able to run straight. We enjoyed to picked apples.She is often laughging fantastic,moving gently her arms ,shaking her breasts as like as apples.The scene was surely like a picture which Renoir painted in background of New England's maple colour. I like her very much. I like the America also through her.But this America are bombing against and above pretty childrens' heads as like as the New England's apples ,the both which I knew.I'm very sad.
I always have a question. Our army attacked Parl Harvor in the beginning of WWII.You know,the bombing had done to battleships,not against American ordinary people.Almost of all american civilian people was never attacked by bombs.But they are blaming us upon it till now,although they get already a hundred folds from us after the war. It seems that only the winner of WWII can aquire the fruits of this century and take it over to the comming century.They attack always another land which further from their native land.They keep on their land completely.
A kid has an apple .And he finds another apple. But the another is belonging to a wicked boy.Then he lays his apple his house.After he walks 2miles,then climbs a tall tree.He attacks the wicked boy from a branch of it, jumping.He jumps over the wicked and his younger sister who walking by his brother.She injures,too.But the kid flapps the wicked,crying "You are wicked! You are the wicked.You hurt your sister,too!" And finally,he gets another apple and a gun in his left hand. The wicked asks the kid."Why you have a gun,now?" The rightous kid answers in triumph,"Because I have to prepare for your revenge!"
The bombing from the sky hurt the civilian people who living arround the military restricted area.Naturally,the more acurately missiles attack,the less non-military people die.But this is only a view point of military people.It is never humanic viewpoint.The true peace can never accept such ideas.
Japanese says "Aka-shingo minna-de watare ba kowaku-nai".It means;"Let's walk over together,then we need not frighten,though the red lump lightenes to stop walkers." It indicates the prematurity of the self of Japanese. But I dare say;"Aka-shingo minna de wata-ttemo hikareruzo,ju wo katate ni migi-hidari." It means;"We are not safe enough,even if we walk over together whenever the red lump lightenes.So let's take guns and watch left and right carefully."It is most likely the panic diorder which American Mental Disorder Classification that they classified theirself instead of the phobic neurosis.

About my job, it becomes very busy. I have not enough time to write articles . Anyway,I have to keep my attitude,trying to give some information of my country to foreigners. I think,it is my duty,a duty as a japanese.We japanese are disliked by you foreigners.Why ? Because we have no face and mouth,by which we communicate together.
Recently, we have some murder cases.All of killers are very young. Todays theme is why they becomes cruel murders.These young killers in USA ,I mind,are many.But in Japan,it is curious and rare.Perhaps,most japanese feel, we had now new experiences on our history.
For examples,at first,a seventeen years old kid had killed an old woman by knife.The second,a seventeen years highjacked a bus,and one woman was cut her throat by sword.The newest, a fifteen ager killed all of one family,5 persons, by knife. Only the second kid had an record to admit mental hospital. Others has no psychic episodes untill now. The latter one who killed a neighbour,spake to the policeman,"Someone said my mother , your son peaped the neighbours bathroom." Today,I will take this case mainly.
Commonsense;boys have surely sexual curiosity to girls.Why not. It is normal.
The village,where he lives has only 25 families an area. They lives together as a one big family. So we can guess,his deed has heavier meaning,yea,I understand. But why he killed the neighbours on which belongs a same aged girl.I don't understand it.
(Further information;This victims maybe not a neighbour,but a relatives of his family. But I don't mention it here.)
Repeating:why had he killed them all? They were all witnesses,witnesses of his beshamed behavior? He wanted to erase his mistake or a bad dream completely? Surely peeping is shameful deed.But,is it shameful enough to kill them actually? What is the level of " truely bad thing" for him? Man always fails many things on the way of his life.It is normal.His endurance threshold is abnormal low.
I mind ,today's young men has no patience to supress their wants or desires. Oh,I mistake.It seems that they have no idea to supress them.They can get all of things,foods,bike and money, which are that taking place to lost times for them to study hard or to have patience as school boys. Their surrounding,mother and teachers, only expect to be nice and cool boys who understand mathematics,chemistry and other feelds which has no benefit to their lives.
They have also money,enough to get their wants.If they haven't enough it,they lent it from another violently or commit adultery to get it.Mother and father have no power to controle them,because of their will not to lost their life style.Comparisons; his son or father's job,his son or his wife,his son or his shinny car and so on. Results;the parents lost his son.
Today's Japan losts the spirit "Yamato Damashii".This image for foreigners are very very bad, because of its image of "Kamikaze sprit" of World War II.But it was the back bone of japanese mentality from the Shinto-ism,just like as the "Jukyo-sprits" of Korean people. The formar is dead.The latter is alive.
But it is one of the classical exotic mentality of Japan that you foreigners,especially european and american people, loved.We had it surely,but lost it now perfectly,because of the faulse democratic education during this 50 years after the War. I must say here,I am not infected by fascism. And I dare say too,I am not a liberalist. I am an individualist.I love freedom.But I think that we lost our spiritual backbone.It is very bad as if the main CPU looses its main OS.The system and its OS works together co-operatively.
Well,comming back to the main theme.About the motivation of young killers, the modern phychology maybe has an answer on it.But I cannot able to find it out myself. I guess,they had no real experience to become a murder theyselves untill they are imprisoned.Wenn they killed another people,they only do their important mission automatically, as if their CPU commanded to terminate or erase for protecting itself.
Remenber that our brain has no eyes or ears or hand and foot on its surface directly. It is sitting in the center of our sculp solitary in the darkness.The sensors are equipped out of the sculp.Only neural wires and networks are comming from our sensors which connect directly to our environment.Don't forget this fact.Our brain never gets stimuly directly. It works as if the modern aircraft "fly by wire".

Mr Bluesky, looking up the sky,says "How beautiful this blue sky is!" Now,Mr Ciansky,standing by him, says "Yea! How beautiful it is! We're so happy,itn't it!" But you,one of their observors, cannot definitely say that the blue sky of Mr.Blusky is 100% even Mr.Ciansky's one. The sense of color,"blue",decided by our brains independently which have the color information only through it's neural routes from our eyes.So,Mr. Brain,decides selfishly and crys out as one of apostles, " It is BLUE,so did I decided!"Deeply think it about. To believe that Mr.Bluesky's blue sky is equal to Mr.Ciansky's is optimistic.It may be illusion.
I think,though I'm also one of these optimists, we had had blue sky surely in passtime,which all of us felt "equal","Onaji","gleich","mismo".We could believe that "our blue is your blue" all over the world. But now,they,our young murders have not our basic communicable,equal,co-operable,main CPU.They have another CPU which comes from another world.
